Next-gen gaming and performance-intense workloads will now take place on the road in significantly more places in the world. Thanks to Nvidia.

This screenshot shows an RTX 40 series laptop running one of NVIDIA's latest Geforce GPUs. The laptop is shown in the center of the picture and a game clip can be seen where the player is in a breathtaking forest landscape. The background is kept simple in a grayish tone. This is a 3D visualization where the keyboard has been deliberately omitted so that we can look inside the laptop. The bottom edge of the laptop is highlighted with a typical Nvidia green grid.

RTX 40 Series for your Laptop

The brand new Nvidia laptop RTX 4090 comes with an AD103 Chip including 9.728 CUDA cores, which is the same amount as the desktop RTX 4080 GPU. Since the RTX 4090 is the successor of the 3080 Ti, it offers almost the same level of compute as the desktop RTX 4070 Ti with 38.9 TFLOPS. However, it is far behind the desktop RTX 4090, which has twice the speed. Nvidia divides the RTX 40 series into the following enthusiast categories:

High-class laptop GPUs
  • RTX 4090
  • RTX 4080
Mid-range laptop GPUs
  • RTX 4070
  • RTX 4060
  • RTX 4050
