XCOM 2: 2K Games has revealed their latest installment to the XCOM franchise
XCOM 2‘s predecessor, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, garnered many commendations for its recreation of the original XCOM game.
Firaxis is making a bold statement by making their game exclusive to the PC, highlighting their new focus on incorporating all their efforts into the PC platform alone. This move reduces their reach towards console gamers, but it strengthens their focus to provide a game that will work perfectly on one platform rather half-ass it over 3 platforms.

XCOM 2 is set to be released in November 2015.
